Can I make my credit card payments online?
You can! Simply log on to online banking or the RMCU mobile app, go to “Move Money,” select “Payments and Transfers,” and transfer money from your savings or checking account to your credit card. If you would like to make your Visa payment from another Institution, log into your online banking, click “Access your RMCU Visa,” and then click “Make a Payment.”
Does my RMCU Visa credit card offer insurance for rental cars?
No, it does not.
There are charges on my credit card I don’t recognize. What do I do?
To report an unrecognized charge, call the credit union during business hours at 406.586.1505 or, after hours, call 833.277.9333. A representative will help you with your inquiry.
