How does RMCU give back to the community?
- Volunteering - RMCU supports and encourages employee volunteer efforts in their communities and awards 16 hours of paid volunteer time each year.
- Financially - RMCU staff members have the option to contribute funds to the Employee Giving Campaign where employees decide what local charities or other worthy recipients are awarded cash donations, which are all employee funded! Staff members also fund an annual $1,000 scholarship!
