As the crisp fall air settles in and families begin to prepare for the holiday season, we at Rocky Mountain Credit Union want to take a moment to celebrate Thanksgiving — a special time dedicated to gratitude, reflection, and togetherness.

A Brief History of Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving traces its roots back to the early 17th century when Pilgrims and Native Americans came together to give thanks for a bountiful harvest. The tradition of gathering around the table to share a meal and express gratitude has since become a cherished American holiday celebrated every fourth Thursday of November. Over time, Thanksgiving has grown to symbolize appreciation not only for the harvest but for the many blessings in our lives.

Our Gratitude to You, Our Members

At Rocky Mountain Credit Union, we are especially thankful for you, our members. Your trust, loyalty, and support allow us to serve our communities and help families achieve their financial goals. During this season of thanks, we reflect on the privilege of being your financial partner and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with you and your families.

Branch Closures for Thanksgiving

Please note that all Rocky Mountain Credit Union branches will be closed on Thursday, November 28th, and Friday, November 29th, to allow our staff to spend this meaningful holiday with their loved ones. We will resume regular business hours on Monday, December 1st. Online and mobile banking services will remain available 24/7 for your convenience.

From all of us at Rocky Mountain Credit Union, we wish you a joyful and peaceful Thanksgiving filled with warmth, happiness, and the company of those you hold dear.

Thank you for being part of our credit union family.
